NCG Moneymaker – Cherry

The concept for the Moneymaker was a long time in the making and assisted by Mark Strickland, whose knowledge is invaluable. In our opinion, most of the alloy guitars on the market were too heavy and usually modelled on traditional styles-why?! We needed a design that broke with convention, was well balanced and an acceptable weight. The prototype weighs in at 8 lb 3 oz. Subsequent models are around 7 lb 5 oz. The alloy body provides the perfect Faraday cage for the pickups and there is virtually no noise from the Bare Knuckle P 90s.
