The design concept for the Moneymaker was a long time in the making and assisted by Mark Strickland, whose knowledge is invaluable. In our opinion, most of the aluminium alloy guitars on the market were too heavy and usually modelled on traditional styles – why?! We needed a design that broke with convention, was well balanced and an acceptable weight. The alloy body provides the perfect Faraday cage for the pickups and there is virtually no hum from the P90’s. The alloy body provides perfect rigid anchoring for all components, increasing sustain and rejecting string vibration – string energy stays where you need it – in the string. Hand made and machined in Nottingham, UK.

We experimented with alloy necks but came to the conclusion that the design works better with a traditional neck.

£3,100 with TKL Vectra hard case. (Another is available!)
