Resonant and airy fully hollow guitar
The NCG Drifter is designed and handmade in our Nottingham workshop. The Drifter is a fully hollow version of the NCG Apostle, producing a lightweight balanced guitar with a modest acoustic volume, perfect for late night preaching on the sofa. The pickup is mounted within an extended solid neck block, reducing feedback to a controllable level. The top is lightly braced aircraft grade birch ply. The guitar features all our own bespoke metal hardware, including a stainless steel trapeze.

All stock NCG Guitars are priced individually. Guitars are made regularly and there are often two or three in production.
Guitars can be inspected and purchased at our shop, Nottingham City Guitars. Payment is by bank transfer. Cash or card purchases can also be used in-store. Guitars are also listed and available to buy on Reverb. However, the purchase price may be higher than in-store listings.

We will fit customer-supplied pickups.
Guitars are setup & ship with D’addario EXL 110 10 – 46. The Drifter is strung with EXL 115 11 – 49. We will setup and string to your requirements on request.
