How do I pay for an item?

Payment is by bank transfer, PayPal or cash only. Please see our How to Buy page.

We will consider any reasonable part-exchange deal. Just let us know what you have in mind.

Shipping cost is in addition. Within the UK, we try to use a door-door courier, Lenspeed. This is the best and safest option, though may take several days, depending on Lenspeed’s workload. Cost is around £70 for a single guitar. We can provide a fixed quote. Lenspeed will safely ship WITHOUT a guitar case. If you prefer a different shipper, we are happy to use mainstream couriers, at cost, but the guitar MUST include a hard case. Just drop us an email with your location for a fixed price. Budget on around £70.

International shipping is by the likes of UPS, Fedex or DHL. We generally use a broker to  obtain the best rates. All guitars MUST be shipped in a hard case.

Parts are shipped tracked by Royal Mail.

Occasionally we sell new guitars through auction This is a great promotional tool for us and you may grab a bargain. Guitars sold this way are fully guaranteed. We generally send out a newsletter advertising auctions. Make sure to subscribe!

We undertake a range of custom configurations for NCG Guitars. Guitars can be ordered in different colours and configurations for a £500 non-refundable deposit. Balance is payable on completion. Works usually take 4-5 months. See our Custom NCG Guitars page for more information.

You are welcome to visit the shop by appointment – times are very flexible. We usually have stock of 5 or 6 finished guitars.  Video demonstrations are on our Youtube channel.

Guitars are properly setup before shipping with your preferred string gauge. We are happy to setup any NCG guitar free of charge if you visit the workshop and supply strings.

We do not currently sell through dealers. Guitars and parts can also be bought on Reverb. Costs are slightly higher to cover Reverb fees. If you are a dealer and interested in stocking NCG Guitars, please get in touch.

Any stock guitar can be returned within 14 days, provided it is in the same condition as it left the workshop. Once the guitar has been checked over, you will receive a refund. We cannot refund shipping costs. Refunds cannot be made on guitars which were played before buying, custom orders, or paid with a part-exchange. However, we will endeavour to rectify any issues you may have or offer a full credit against any other available NCG guitar. View our full terms on our Shipping & Returns page.
