All guitars are 25.5″ scale length, with bolt-on necks. All models are Bigsby-ready. A Bigsby B5 is a good match. Pickup configuration varies – there are no rules. Aged nitro’ finishes. Preferred neck construction is mahogany with a 12” radius rosewood fingerboard. 6-in-a-line headstock, Jescar frets, CTS pots, Switchcraft toggle switch & jack. Celluloid binding & pickguard. All models have the same body outline, except the NCG Mule.
At Nottingham City Guitars, we hand-build every NCG Guitar in our dedicated workshop. We also occasionally undertake repairs and alterations for customers.
Thanks to Andy from Nottingham City Guitars who built this fantastic guitar, an instant favourite. Plays so well and sounds great. The body was cut from a piece of mahogany dated approx 150 years old with an interesting history.
